Our work in SW London and Surrey
Every project shown here was completed by Koniu Construction for homes across South West London and Surrey. We plan each layout before work begins, so tile joints, paving lines and edges line up, and we finish corners, trims and junctions by hand. Below is a selection of recent bathrooms and outdoor work.

Loft bathroom with roll-top bath
A painted roll-top bath beneath a round window, glazed teal metro tiles cut cleanly to the slope of the roof, a walk-in shower with brass fittings and dark stone-effect floor tiles laid in straight, even joints.

Statement bathroom with roll-top bath
Bold marine wallpaper, marble-effect walls and floor, wall lights, a carved vanity and a roll-top bath set beneath the leaded windows.

Family bathroom with double vanity
A stone-topped double vanity, a freestanding bath beneath the window and a chevron-pattern floor kept true from wall to wall.

Black and brass shower room
Deep green glazed tiles laid vertically, a brushed brass shower with a lit niche, a black towel radiator and a black and white geometric floor set out evenly from the centre of the room.

Wall-hung vanity and walk-in shower
A floating marble-effect vanity with matt black brassware, large-format marble-effect wall and floor tiles and a frameless walk-in shower.

Brass-framed shower enclosure
Marble-effect tiles, a built-in niche and brushed brass shower fittings, with a matching brass-framed quadrant enclosure.

Patterned feature shower
A walk-in shower with a navy and white patterned feature wall, frameless glass and a clean, minimal finish around it.

Teal and white bathroom
Deep teal walls with white square tiles, a bath with glass screen and a column radiator for a fresh, modern finish.

Bathroom with teal feature tiles
Glazed teal tiles laid vertically around the bath and basin, with a white suite and clean silicone lines throughout.

Light stone wet room
A full-height stone-effect wet room with a recessed niche, linear drain and ceiling-mounted rainfall head, tiled with tight, consistent joints.

Blue herringbone shower
Blue glazed tiles laid in a herringbone pattern across both walls, meeting cleanly in the corner above a low-profile shower tray.

Porcelain patio and side path
Large-format grey porcelain paving across the garden and down the side return, laid level with crisp, consistent joints and new brick steps.

Formal garden with box hedging
Clipped box hedging frames a level lawn, with stone urns, box balls and an outdoor fireplace finished in smooth white render. Every hedge line and edge is kept crisp, so the garden reads as one calm, formal space.

Lawn with sandstone paths and planters
A new lawn edged in sandstone, with a stepping-stone path, low box planting and matching planters. Paving is laid to straight, even joints and set flush with the turf for a clean, easy-to-maintain finish.

Cedar pergola and slatted screens
A steel and cedar pergola over a sandstone terrace, with slatted cedar screens, a built-in bench and a living green wall. The slats are spaced evenly and fixed with hidden fixings, so nothing distracts from the timber.

Courtyard with stone planks and gravel
Stone planks set in pale gravel, dark slatted fencing, garden mirrors and a wall fountain turn a small courtyard into an outdoor room. Each plank is spaced and levelled by hand for a crisp, modern rhythm.

Victorian tiled front path
A black and white Victorian-style tiled path with edging and steps, laid in keeping with the period of the house. The pattern is set out from the front door so the border runs straight and true to the gate.

Porcelain front path set in gravel
Large dark porcelain slabs set in gravel lead to the front door, with tall planters and climbers softening the brickwork. Each slab is laid level with even gaps for a smart, low-maintenance approach to the house.

Reclaimed brick and stone paths
Reclaimed brick and natural stone paths, laid in herringbone and stretcher bond through planted borders and along side returns. Old materials are cleaned, sorted and laid to falls so the paths look settled from day one.

Sandstone patio and artificial lawn
A sandstone patio, artificial lawn and smooth rendered raised beds, enclosed by slatted timber fencing. Edges are kept tight and level, so the patio, lawn and planters line up cleanly.

Patio and lawn with trellis fencing
A pale stone patio and step with an artificial lawn, enclosed by new trellis fencing. Shown here from preparation to the finished garden, with the edging set dead straight around the lawn.

Long lawn with slatted fencing
A long town garden with new horizontal slatted fencing on both boundaries, a refreshed lawn and planted borders. The slats are kept level along the full run of the garden.

Rock garden planting
A layered rock garden of grasses, alpines and dwarf conifers around a gravel path, planted for colour and texture through the seasons.

Planted borders and fencing
New lattice-top fencing with deep borders of shrubs and flowering plants, giving a soft, mature look within the first season.

Lawn, path and fencing
A tired garden cleared back to soil, then finished with new featheredge fencing, a fresh lawn and a stepping-stone path to the garden room.
