About Koniu Construction

Black and brass shower room by Koniu Construction

Koniu Construction designs and builds high-end bathrooms and gardens for private homes, and offers a professional handyman service for smaller jobs.

We plan every detail before work begins, set out tiles and paving so the lines run true, and finish corners, edges and junctions by hand.

You deal with one team from the first visit to the final clean, with a clear written quote, a tidy site and regular updates. We are happy to work alongside your architect or interior designer.

Fully insured, with £5m public liability cover.

We work across South West London, West London and Surrey, including Chelsea, South Kensington, Kensington, Fulham, Putney, Wimbledon Village, Richmond, Barnes, Kingston, Esher, Cobham, Oxshott and Weybridge.
